The Response:

Hill Point is based on the concept of rocks that have been affected by nature. The abstract shape is like that of eroded boulders and the color allows it to appear as part of nature. The lower level has an open floor plan with a Japanese courtyard that is visible from the upper level. The entire upper level is a master suite with a luxury lounge and an open deck facing the sea.

The building was placed on a flat area on the mountainside facing the ocean to provide the best possible view.
