Keelung Civic Center

The challenge to overcome was creating a unique design that is able to coexist with pre-existing buildings on the site.

This design focuses on creating a landmark for persons entering the city of Keelung from Keelung Harbor. The design includes exhibition spaces, offices, and multi-functional spaces for interaction between locals and visitors.

This project is the first of two (2) where we begin experimenting with the concept of multi-programming.
